Where would you need to live to be afraid of getting hit by the hurricane, or by having your surroundings destroyed?|||Hurricane Earl is currently a Category 4 hurricane, which means it is packing winds of 131-155 mi/hr. at the moment North Carolina is on hurricane watch but the NHC (national hurricane center) are saying that no direct land impact is expected BUT if it moves west then it will bring it into direct impact with the eastern seaboard, if this happens then the NHC says it will cause "catastrophic" damage to the east coast, Katrina was a category 3 storm when it hit New Orleans, Earl may hit at Category 4 so would be much worse then Katrina.





I have read numerous articles that if the worse happens and moves into line with the US for a direct impact then cape cod WILL be hit on Friday or Saturday, please do not panic at that statement, it is IF it moves west. Please be aware that if, for your own safety you feel the need to evacuate please do so calmly.





If it hits or comes close to the east coast then i would advise to keep away from the coast, i would highly recommend you to listen for announcements and, just as precaution move to higher ground if it is said that it will hit or come dangerously close, if you are told to evacuate then please do so, don't make the mistake some of the Katrina survivors did and stay, leave.

That low of wind speed is not going to do much at all.





So even if a hurricane 1 or 2comes, you have to be near the eye to get the worst. If the eye comes no closer than 20 miles away, it usually is nothing to worry about. If it is a category 3 or 4 you need to be about 30 or 45 miles away from the eye. 1/4 cup lemon juice (or half lemon juice, half balsamic vinegar)


1/4 cup low fat mayo

2 tsp. grainy (or not) Dijon mustard


1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce


lots of freshly ground black pepper

How did players like Earl Boykins (5 ft 5 inch tall) make to the NBA and is having successful career? There was also a guy called Muggsy Bogues (5'3) and he had a good career in the NBA, too.

What is so special about them that they were able to survive in the NBA which is full of 7'footers?|||you gotta remember 7 footers are big and slow. they have ALOT of quickness and they spent many years practicing.|||They made it to the NBA because they had deddication. For certain resons In Mu had to desguios (man im not spelling well today -o-") himself as a girl and another guardian train-e fell in love with In Mu and is now trying to prove himself worthy of being the gaurdian. This love triangle story is not only romantic, but full of action since ghost and demons are after Lin!

is really good! Its about a middle school student named Neko who isn't very good at school and now that only one high school is excepting her she can only go to Morimori Academy wich is actually a high school for animal/human shape shifters where they learn to be more human like. Can Neko keep the academy a secret?

is one of my FAVORITES because its about a girl who gets accepted to a snobby rich school and when her magic tricks cant save her-only the prophecy can. She can now turn invisible with the help of Kamiki the tree god but she also needs help from her new bff Maiko one of the last priestests and she is constantly being faught with by mean boy fan club girls, evil spirits, kogals, and the gifted who use their powers for the worst.

is about a girl who has cancer in her lungs but she wants to be a singer so she asks a death god (Shinigami) to make her sixteen, without cancer, and blonde. Sure she becomes a hit singer but if she doesn't get the cancer removed while she is still small she will die, if she does then she probably wont be able to sing again.

Hurricane Earl is not expected to make landfall on the east coast. It will make a close approach to the NC OBX but then it will curve the northeast and out into the open Atlantic. I do not think it will affect you other than some clouds and maybe a shower or two.|||Too early to tell.

Whats an average dinner price per person? Plus many many elders eat there and will tip 10% for absolutely fabulous service. I'm dead serious, i've had comment cards that adorned me but then they left 10%, and it's usually elders. so anyways take your average meal, times it by 20 or however many you would usually get, and take 10% of that. That will be what you make per shift on a normal basis. Try a better restaurant though, that wouldn't be best if you are looking for good cash.|||By server, you mean waiteress or waiter I assume. I am surprised you mention Earl's because Earl's traditionally hires older wait staff. I used to be a waiter, and you learn who your tipper are after only a month on the jobs. A home-made ice cream that doesn't require an ice cream maker. The light taste of green tea offsets the richness of the eggs and heavy cream. You could try this recipe with black tea for a bolder taste.


Ingredients:


3 tbs green tea leaves (whole)


1 cup heavy cream


2 cups cold milk


2 egg yolks


1 tbs cornstarch


1 cup sugar


Preparation:


In a saucepan, heat milk slowly to boiling. Then add green tea leaves and cover. Let steep (simmer) for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar and cornstarch. Remove milk from heat and strain out the tea leaves. Whisk in egg mixture, whisking constantly to keep the eggs from cooking in the hot milk. When mixture is starting to thicken, transfer to a larger bowl and allow to cool. Then stir in the heavy cream. Freeze mixture for at least 2 hours before serving.

Hurricane Earl is currently a Category 4 hurricane, which means it is packing winds of 131-155 mi/hr. at the moment North Carolina is on hurricane watch but the NHC (national hurricane center) are saying that no direct land impact is expected BUT if it moves west then it will bring it into direct impact with the eastern seaboard, if this happens then the NHC says it will cause "catastrophic" damage to the east coast, Katrina was a category 3 storm when it hit New Orleans, Earl may hit at Category 4 so would be much worse then Katrina.





I have read numerous articles that if the worse happens and moves into line with the US for a direct impact then cape cod WILL be hit on Friday or Saturday, please do not panic at that statement, it is IF it moves west. Please be aware that if, for your own safety you feel the need to evacuate please do so calmly.





If it hits or comes close to the east coast then i would advise to keep away from the coast, i would highly recommend you to listen for announcements and, just as precaution move to higher ground if it is said that it will hit or come dangerously close, if you are told to evacuate then please do so, don't make the mistake some of the Katrina survivors did and stay, leave.





FEMA administrator Craig Fugate said state and local authorities may need to order further evacuations later this week.He said: 'Today is the day to make sure you have your plan completed and your supplies in place.', In other words you have to have a plan in place because if it hits it may be too late to evacuate everyone.

I am in desporate need of a good romantic anime and i just finished the anime Earl and Fairy and i would like something simmilar. Please help me i have been searching for weeks! Thanks to everyone!|||Ouran High School Host Club.

What's the difference between earl grey and english breakfast tea?

The heck if they don't taste the same to me. Also, are there any differences in health benefits/nutritional content?|||The nutritional profile's the same. Both are tea blends, meaning they're put together from different tea crops to taste the same year-in, year-out. Compare Single-Estate Teas, which vary in flavor by year and location, like wine. Most of these tea used in these blends come from India and Sri Lanka (Ceylon).





The main difference is that Earl Grey is scented with bergamot oil. Bergamot's a citrus fruit halfway between a grapefruit and a lemon, so the Earl's fine tea has a fruity flair.





Meanwhile unscented English Breakfast is a stouter, hardier tea. Puts hair on your chest. Ladies, beware!|||I believe that Earl Grey tea is "lightly enhanced or perfumed" with the essence they call "Bergamot" (ber-gam-oh). English breakfast tea is relatively plain but full bodied.|||Earl Grey is gross, and English Breakfast is delicious.

I am looking for the Hunan Kung Pao recipe from Earl's Restaurant. I don't want just any recipe, I want Earl's! It's the best!! Please help if you know it.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 7 to 8 ounces each





Marinade:


2 teaspoons soy sauce


2 teaspoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry


1 teaspoon sesame oil


1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch





Sauce:


2 tablespoons dark soy sauce


1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry


1 teaspoon sugar





Other:


8 small dried red chili peppers


2 cloves garlic


2 green onions (spring onions, scallions)


4 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, or as needed


1 teaspoon Szechuan peppercorn, optional


1/2 cup peanuts or cashews


a few drops sesame oil, optional





PREPARATION:


Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes. Combine with the marinade ingredients, adding the cornstarch last. Marinate the chicken for 25 minutes.





While the chicken is marinating, prepare the sauce and vegetables: In a small bowl, combine the dark soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar.





Set aside.





Cut the chilies in half so that they are approximately the same size as the chicken cubes. Remove the seeds. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the green onion on the diagonal into thirds.





Heat the wok over medium-high to high heat. Add 2 tablespoons oil. When the oil is hot, add the chicken. Stir-fry until it turns white and is 80 percent cooked. Remove from the wok.





Add 2 tablespoons oil. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir-fry until aromatic (about 30 seconds). Add the chili peppers and the Szechuan peppercorn if using. Stir-fry briefly until they turn dark red.





Add the sauce to the wok. Bring to a boil. Add the chicken back into the pan. Stir in the peanuts and the green onion. Remove from the heat and stir in the sesame oil. Serve hot.|||I doesn't seem right:


(1) Earl's used a whole small chillie and didn't cut it. I also don't remember them being dried (?)


(2) I am pretty sure there were green pepers and possibly a few thinly sliced carrots (?)


(3) I don't recall them marinading the chicken

|||I used to work at earls and this is def. not right. It maybe good but I know for sure its not THE earls recipe. I dont have it on hand, thats why Im looking for it.


What I do know is


Red peppers


Green Peppers


Celery


Carrots


Chicken Breast

Do you see any parallels between the Media coverage of Hurricane Earl and the coverage of Candidate Obama?

I saw the hype about Earl and all the drastic sophomoric measures by the weather channel to make it seem like a huge storm was happening when in fact nothing was happening at all and thought of the Msnbc coverage of Obama on the campaign trail and how big and effective he was going to be on the Political scene. Oh that's right NBC owns the weather channel my mistake.|||PMSNBC and the other Obama Fawning and Tingling Media Cheerleaders have been doing that for over 2 years now.





People are finally seeing him for what he CLAIMS to be and IS NOT.








A November to Remember is coming!|||No, the media acted like Earl was going to be a disaster. They acted like Obama was the second coming of Christ. They wound up being wrong about both.|||wow, a new conspiracy theory. Liberal media loves Obama and the weather.|||Yea the 24/7 news blather does get very old.

What do you know about hurricane Earl?

I saw a little piece of information on hurricane Earl on the news, and i tried to Google it but i couldn't find much. Does anyone have information on it ?|||Hurricane Earl is going to track up the east coast just basically brushing the coast but, will not make landfall. Portions of the North Carolina coast are under a hurricane warning at this point. You can find more information at the link I will provide.|||All I know is





-Hurricane will effect east coast states from South Carolina- Maine/Delaware


- Winds should be bad


-Power problems are possible in areas, especially long island





It's frustrating though because I need to know about MY area =/|||hurricane earl is currently a category four hurricane and is expected to make landfall between south Carolina and northern Canada.|||I know we won't get any rain from it.

The dalek encounter was pretty scary at first. There are three daleks and they start yelling at you and then shooting lazers. it was suprising. You can skip that part though, there's adequate warning.

I travel by TTC and will be taking the Eglinton West station route to get there, however the problem is that i dont know how to get to Earl Haig ss. Could someone please help me by telling me an easy route to arrive there?|||Take the subway northbound from Eglinton West to Downsview station.





From Downsview, take either the 84 or 196B buses to Sheppard-Yonge station. The 196B is faster as it makes 2 stops between the stations, but it only runs on weekdays.





When you get to Sheppard-Yonge station, take the 98 bus going northbound.





Get off at Princess Avenue, the 8th-ish stop on the route. You'll have to walk west (to the left) on Princess Avenue to get to Earl Haig S.S.

From Eglinton West, take a streetcar east to Eglinton Station (it's a different station, on the Yonge Line). Then take that subway line north about 4 stops to North York Station. From the corner of Empress and Yonge you'll see a Staples store. Walk along Empress past that Staples Store about 2 blocks to 'Haig.

I'll send you the response ;)|||'My Name is Earl' was one of my favorite shows and it started off well with an average of 12 million viewers during it's first season. By season 4 the audience had shrunk by 4 million. The show was canceled because of low ratings. In other words not enough people were watching the show. I was very disappointed but at least we can now see the old shows being rerun.

Jason Lee the star of the show is now being seen weekly in a new USA Network show "Memphis Blues".
