Does anyone have the original Earl's Caesar salad dressing recipe?

I want a recipe from someone that really knows it is the authentic recipe. Not like the 2 posted on here already - not even close!

Please, please, please!|||I like the original from the 40's that uses real raw egg and anchovies and way more lemon juice and no mayo.

Caesar Dressing

1/4 cup lemon juice (or half lemon juice, half balsamic vinegar)

1/4 cup low fat mayo

1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

2 garlic cloves, finely crushed

2 tsp. grainy (or not) Dijon mustard

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

lots of freshly ground black pepper

Whisk it all together in a bowl or shake it up in a jar.

This is suppose to be close to Earl's salad dressing.|||Surely as the person who asks the question, i get to say whether i agree or not. As i said in my extra details, this answer is crap. It is not even close to the Earls receipe. This is the same recipe that has been shoved in as an answer to two other people who asked for the same thing.
