I am making an Earl Grey panna cotta, and on top I want a thin layer of jelly. What flavour could I use? I was thinking orange or lemon because it may compliment the Earl Grey flavour.

Perhaps raspberry or strawberry?|||Orange and apple would both be good, but lemon might be a little bit too sharp. What about raspberry, or even rose, as Earl Grey smells of roses anyway?|||Any type of citrus jelly would work....apple would complement it nicely, too.
