My who is a HUGE Tyler The Creator fan, but she told me That earl sweatshirt was the best rapper in OFWGKTA.|||Without question....Its hard to find someone that young....who is THAT dope.....
@Shadow: "Earl doesn't usually talk about anything with meaning, while Tyler does and has complex themes in them."
......One word....."Luper"....
Well thats the thing....how many songs does he really have out there floating around....Maybe 20 or so....if you can say 5 songs that has some type of direction then its hard to say that he doesn't rap about anything in particular...|||Earl is more talented as a rapper, but Tyler has demonstrated his skills more often and consistently. It's not hard to tell Earl can kill a ton of tracks, the problem is: he isn't on a ton of tracks. I don't usually like repeating other people but..."Luper"... also "Stick Up" with Mike G.|||Listen to the song Assmilk by Earl and Tyler and you will see why Earl is better than him.|||He is clearly [2]|||He is clearly|||Yes he is.|||No. For some songs, yes. Overall, no. Tyler is more versatile. Earl doesn't usually talk about anything with meaning, while Tyler does and has complex themes in them. Not to say Earl can't develop into doing that. He's still very talented, flow wise, lyrics wise. He's very clever and enjoyable to listen to.
Luper is like the only song with any meaning. And maybe like one or two other ones he does sort of.
I can't think of 5 that have meaning. I think he has potential to talk about things with meaning more often for sure. I'm looking forward to his next project. And i'm sure he's been writing all this time as well, even if he can't record. For me, Tyler has the whole package, and i feel Earl is still developing that.
